It's good to be back! It's been a while since my last entry in the Photo Hunt. I chose these photos because they are the most beautiful gifts that I ever receive in life. Of course, every mother thinks her child is the most beautiful in the world, and so do I.

These photos were taken last August 10 when we went to dinner with our friend Dale. The last two photos were taken inside the car. I had a hard time doing it because of the trees on the way. Dear daughter kept saying: hurry, hurry! LOL.

Goodness, I had another allergy attack today. My sinusitis was acting up again. I don't know when this allergy will go away. It drives me crazy. This whole thing started when I was pregnant with our second child. I went through a lot when I was pregnant with him but everything's worth it. I love my child so much! :)
Anyway, when dear hubby came home from work, I took a nap which help a bit. I'm a lot better now. I just hope this allergy wouldn't bother me in the next couple of days as we're going to a Boholano party on Saturday.

I did a lot of house chores today. I watched the kid's bedsheets, clean the windows and toilets, and did 3 baskets of laundry. The never ending journey of a SAHM...I'm sure I'm not alone on this routine though. Right now, my eyes are so heavy. Dear hubby said I should get some rest. What a sweetheart!

1. What are your favorite kinds of plant life (plants, flowers, etc)? Why? * I like rose, orchids and dahlias. Well, mainly because they last longer and easy to take care of.
2. Do you associate any memories with certain things (flowers, objects, etc)? Any you'd care to share? * I would say, orchids. We had a lot of those in our house in the barrio. When I was young, we used to plant them and other flowers in our yards and that's one of the most unforgettable experience during my childhood days. Boy, I missed those days.
3. By what method do you keep track of your memories (blogs, scrapbooks, etc)? If you don't do anything to preserve your memories, how do you keep track of them? Does it matter to you? * I like to do it in a traditional way, such as diary or scrapbooks. I can't remember writing anything about personal matters or memories in my blogs because I'm not comfortable with it.

It's been raining non-stop again! I've seen the weather forecast last night and they were wrong. I hope the weather will be better tomorrow as we're planning to go to the mall to buy some clothes for me. Some of my clothes, especially my jeans were too tight! Wow, it's been a while since my last entry here. Some of you probably wondering where have I been lately? Well, I was so busy these past few days. Dear hubby turned 40 last August 22nd but we just had the get together fellowship today at our pastor's house in Seattle. It was a fun and exciting day for all of us. Too bad my camera died again. I didn't check my camera days before the get together fellowship so we have zero pictures :( Oh well...at least we had great fellowship and the kids had a blast!

It's been raining so hard since yesterday. Some of the areas nearby is already flooded. I'm so glad we live in the higher elevation, and non flood zone residential area. The same happened to my cousin in Florida. I talked to her yesterday and she said, they already evacuated in the no-flood zone areas of Port Orchard that are not in a flood zone. Pretty scary!

I watch the NBC broadcast of 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing last night and I can't believe that US men sweep 400m hurdles in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Angelo Taylor, 29 year old became the first 400-meter hurdler since Edwin Moses to win gold medals eight years apart Monday. He led the first sweep of the event since the U.S. did it in 1960 and lifted sagging American fortunes after a disappointing start to their Beijing Olympics.
