Mechanics Lien Law |
Looking for more information about mechanics lien law? If so, then you should check out prolien.com. Prolien is a California based construction law attorney specializing in mechanic liens, preliminary notices, construction liens, and real property liens. They offer mechanic's lien, preliminary notice, stop notices, bond claims, and California Construction law services nationwide. As we all know, mechanic's liens are purely legal devices that exist in every state. The reason they exist is a legislative public policy to protect the contractors. It will provide protection for contractors. This is a good type of why mechanic liens are semi;kd in every state.
I remember when my dear hubby’s co-worker had a problem when he decide to add more room to his house. Finally Back |
I'm so happy right now. Our phone is finally back. Some of you probably knew that we're using Vonage for almost 2 years but it's giving us a headache for the past few months. It's been acting up a lot, no "dial tone" and all that. We had this problem for quite some time now, probably 6th times already. I tried to convince my dear hubby that it might have something to do with the cord. I went to Vonage website and did the same thing as suggested in their FAQ. I unplugged the cord, waited for at least 1 hour and nothing happened. So dear hubby got tired of it and finally gave up on Vonage. Today, the guy from Verizon came to fix the phone. We're officially back to Verizon now! Verizon is a little bit expensive compared to Vonage but it's way way much better when it comes to service, reliability, and customer support! Domain Name Scorecard |
Looking for a domain name scorecard? If so, then you should check out Networksolutions.com where you can check the score for your domain. You can use the service from domain name scorecard. The Network Solutions domain name scorecard is a free quiz that tells you how well your domain name is helping your business succeed online. That's right. If you want to find out if your domain will compete online, then domain name scorecard can help you out. It's so easy. All you have to do is answer 3 simple questions and you'll receive a domain scorecard that analyzes your domain name in 6 key areas of domain name success.
Even before I bought my domain name, one of the things I did was to research the keywords or the potential keywords that I think people will use to find my website online. I used a tool to find out about the keyword density and all that. I guess it is wiser to find out what the customer is already searching for before getting a domain name. Well, I'm not sure of other people though but I am but I'm so glad I did some research because I can see that one of my site is on the front page of Google. Yup, it's on page 1, baby. Research is important to find out which keywords you should have in your domain name. I've tried this with one of my domain name and the result was amazing! Labels: Blogging |

Stylish Strollers |
I've been looking for an affordable, yet high quality stylish stroller for quite sometime now. Our stroller is very old and dirty so it really needs a new replacement. I've seen some great looking stroller online, something like the one in the picture above which is from Mutsy. What I like about Mutsy’s strollers is that, they'll come with both bassinets and seats. The Mutsy collection was developed to meet all mom’s needs, and its unique modular construction offers parents flexibility for baby transport. Gotta have this one soon!Labels: Baby, Blogging, Shopping |
