My Desktop Free View Instruction:
A. Upon receiving this tag, immediately perform a screen capture of your desktop. It is best that no icons be deleted before the screen capture so as to add to the element of fun. You can do a screen capture by:
[1] Going to your desktop and pressing the Print Scrn key (located on the right side of the F12 key).
[2] Open a graphics program (like Picture Manager, Paint, or Photoshop) and do a Paste (CTRL + V).
[3] If you wish, you can “edit” the image, before saving it.

| Updates |
Dear hubby decided to take the whole day off from work yesterday. I had my gestational diabetes (glucose) test and I'm so glad everything works out great! After my appointment, we headed to Bluefin, a new sushi and seafood buffet located at Northgate Mall. The price was a little bit high compared to any other buffet. But it's all worth it! After we're done eating, we went to see the barber. Gosh, I was so tired and sleepy from all the sugar that they gave me at the doctor's office. Both dear daughter and I took a nap in the car while waiting for hubby. We'll it was my first time though.
Next, we went to LBC to drop the balikbayan box there. Gosh, we didn't know we have to pay $28 (tax) for electronics. So instead of $65, we ended up paying $93. My dear hubby said, he was being ripped off! LOL. Well, it's our fault too. We didn't read the "agreement". That's all *rolley eyes*. Well, another lesson learned!

| Chicken Guisado |
Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken, cut into serving portions
1 tbsp calamansi juice
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 piece medium onion, sliced
1 piece medium singkamas, cut into cubes
1 pouch (250 g) DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce
100 g chicharo
1 piece medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
4 stalks green onions, cut into strips
Directions:
1. MARINATE chicken in 2 tbsp soy sauce, calamansi juice and 1/3 tsp iodized fine salt (or 1 tsp iodized rock salt) for 30 minutes. Fry until brown.
2. SAUTÉ garlic, onion and singkamas. Add chicken, DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce and 1/2 cup water. Season with 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/3 tsp iodized fine salt (or 1 tsp iodized rock salt )and 1/4 tsp pepper. Simmer until meat is tender.
3. ADD chicharo and bell peppers. Simmer until vegetables are cooked.

This revolves around the lives of socialite young adults growing up on New York's Upper East Side who attend elite academic institutions whilst dealing with sex, drugs, and other teenage issues. The series mainly centers around the lives of best friends, Serena van der Woodsen ( Blake Lively) and Blair Waldorf ( Leighton Meester), and their shared romantic interest, Nate Archibald ( Chace Crawford). | Flip Flop Cake |
I've been looking around for some cakes online and finally saw this recipe and thought it would be perfect for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She loves wearing flip flop! I'm sure dear daughter will gonna love it.
Ingredients:
1 10-3/4-ounce frozen pound cake, thawed
3/4 to 1 cup desired-flavor ice cream
1/2 of an 8-ounce carton frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
Pull-apart licorice twists
Bright-color candy wafers and/or round candies
Graham cracker crumbs (optional)
Directions:
1. Halve pound cake horizontally. Using a serrated knife, cut off the rounded top of the cake so each layer will be level. Cut each half into a flip-flop shape*. Place ice cream in a small bowl and stir to soften. Spread softened ice cream over one of the cakes. Top with second cake. Place ice cream-filled cake on a baking sheet. Cover and freeze until firm (2 to 3 hours). Spread with whipped topping.
2. To decorate, cut the ends of two twists at a diagonal. Insert a toothpick on the underside of each twist. Arrange the two twists with the cut ends together to form a V-shape, inserting toothpicks in cake to hold the twists in place as straps. Arrange candy wafers around base of flip-flop to decorate. Cover cake loosely and freeze until serving time. Serve on a platter sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs as sand, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
3. Tip: To cut flip-flop shape, trace the bottom of a child-size flip-flop (needs to be 7 to 7 1/2 inches long) on a piece of paper. Cut out shape. Place paper, clean side down, on a piece of clean cardboard or sturdy paper; trace shape. Cut out shape. Place cardboard shape on top of one cake half and use a small sharp knife to cut around shape and through cake. Repeat with other cake half.
4. Cake for 12: For a larger crowd, double recipe and make a pair of flip-flop cakes.

| Simple Friend And Real Friend |
A simple friend, when visiting, acts like a guest. A real friend opens your refrigerator and helps himself (and doesn't feel even the least bit weird shutting your 'beer/Pepsi drawer' with her foot!)
A simple friend has never seen you cry. A real friend has shoulders soggy from your tears..
A simple friend doesn't know your parents' first names. A real friend has their phone numbers in his address book.
A simple friend brings a bottle of wine to your party. A real friend comes early to help you cook and stays late to help you clean.
A simple friend hates it when you call after they've gone to bed. A real friend asks you why you took so long to call.
A simple friend seeks to talk with you about your problems. A real friend seeks to help you with your problems.
A simple friend wonders about your romantic history. A real friend could blackmail you with it.
A simple friend thinks the friendship is over when you have an argument. A real friend calls you after you had a fight.
A simple friend expects! you to always be there for them. A real friend expects to always be there for you!
A simple friend reads this e-mail and deletes it. A real friend passes it on and sends it back to you!
Pass this on to anyone you care about......if you get it back you have no beginning, no end. It keeps us together, like our Circle of Friends.

It is the leading provider of eMortgage, electronic mortgage, electronic closing, edisclosures, electronic vault, and MISMO software solutions to the lending industry. They offer electronic mortgage signing where you can easily sign documents by clicking a simple agreement, similar to devices common at retail stores
