| The CW's Gossip Girl |
| I did post an entry last week about the The CW's Gossip Girl, an upcoming American television teen drama created by Josh Schwartz, creator of The O.C., and Stephanie Savage. The show is based on the novel series by Cecily von Ziegesar. This revolves around the lives of socialite young adults growing up on New York's Upper East Side who attend elite academic institutions whilst dealing with sex, drugs, and other teenage issues. The series mainly centers around the lives of best friends, Serena van der Woodsen ( Blake Lively) and Blair Waldorf ( Leighton Meester), and their shared romantic interest, Nate Archibald ( Chace Crawford). Also, they have a MySpace Fan Page which is open to anyone who wants to join. The first season of Gossip Girl will premiere on Wednesday, September 19, 2007. There are 3 more days to go!
