I'm not in the mood today, might be something to do with my period. I got upset so easily. Tonight, I got irritated for no valid reason LOL...Yeah, I don't like this attitude at all but I can't help it. I'm not this way at all. Anyway, dear hubby knows that I've been acting weird when my period is coming, so he understands. If I got upset or irritated, he say the magic word "sorry" right away!

We came home at around two o'clock in the morning today. Gosh, I was so tired and head directly to bed. Dear hubby and the kids woke up early while I stayed in bed for hours...LOL! I told him to wake me up but he let me sleep for 13 hours, mainly because I didn't get enough sleep the night before the concert. Yes, that's right. I even missed my breakfast and lunch. I woke up at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. My golly, I didn't like it because I missed my kids and dear hubby when I can't spend time with them during the day.

Whew, I'm so busy today running errands, but I managed to drop 300 EC today which I did it in less than 30 minutes! Woohoo! I decided to drop EC earlier since dear hubby and I will be gone the whole evening because we're going to watch Journey with Arnel Pineda concert tonight at 7 o'clock in the evening. Yup, that's right! I'm so happy and excited to watch fellow Kababayan Arnel Pineda with Journey in action! I hope they'll allow camera inside White Amphitheater.

I was in the kitchen busy fixing our dinner when dear hubby said a big "NO" Then, I immediately ran into the dining area scared and screaming when I saw dear son (LLJ) on the floor crying! He fell down from his high chair. My heart was beating so fast and I have to take a deep breath and check everything especially his head. Luckily, he didn't bump his head in the computer desk. Here's what happened. Every meal, we put him in his high chair so that he can see us while we're in the table eating. Even though he's not eating, it's like a family tradition. He became restless and wanted to get down from his high chair. Dear hubby was eating when it happened. It happened so quick. It was too late when he saw him. That was his very first and real fall! Good thing everything's okay. Thank God!

Some of you probably know that we're planning to move to a different location, mainly because his parents were in bad shape. They're both sick and they really need our help. Wow, I can't believe it's been a while since my last entry here. I'm still here alive and kickin. I was just so lazy and tired these past few days, just mainly because of my allergy. Yeah, my sinusitis still acting up and won't give me a break!

Anyway, I celebrated my birthday yesterday. I thank God for all the blessings He has given me these past few years. It was very simple. No party, or anything. I got a gift from dear hubby two weeks ago. Another gift coming up - A Journey concert this coming Friday, September 19th! Few days ago, dear daughter asked me what I want for my birthday and I said, "Birthday Cake". She's really sweet. She even helped her daddy bake the cake yesterday. They started it very early in the morning so it was done by the time I woke up. Dear hubby woke me up at around 11:30 in the morning. We just ate outside, drive around the neighborhood, went to the park and watch baseball game at home with the entire family. Oh, dear hubby hurt his back when he made the cake. He has a bad hip! I feel so guilty. He's been taking pain reliever and hopefully he'll feel better soon.

That's all for now. I better go and check this Electrolux vacuums as we need to get a new vacuum really soon. Have a great evening everyone!

It's getting cold here and I decided to cook Chicken Soup or Nilagang Manok for dinner. It's been a while since I had Chicken soup. It's really yummy! Dear daughter can't get enough and kept asking more soup!

Ingredients:
1 kilo chicken (cut into desired sizes)
6 cup water
20 pepper corns
2 tsp. salt
1 big onion (quartered)
2 potatoes (pared and quartered)
1 head cabbage (quartered)
4 saba bananas (halved)
1 small bundle green onion, cut into 2 inch length
1/4 kg. green beans, stringed and cut into 2 inch lengths
1 fresh pechay (native)

Directions:
1. Place chicken in a big kettle with water, peppercorns, salt, onion, and bring to a boll Cover and cook until chicken is tender.
2. Add potatoes, bananas, cabbage, pechay, green onions and green beans and cook for a few minutes until vegetables are cooked.
3. Add water and season to taste. Serve hot.

Note: I didn't put pepper corns, bananas, cabbage, potatoes in there. Gusto ko yung simple lang!

I went to bed really late last night. Dear son kept throwing up after feeding him a bottle of solid food. Gosh, I can't believe I forgot to read the ingredients. It sounds weird but he's allergic to rice. And sure enough, it has rice in it...Anyway, he's a lot better now. But he still have diarrhea. He's teething so that's probably one of the reason. Poor little boy.

Anyway, I got a terrible headache this morning. So I took aspirin right away. I wanted to take a nap this afternoon but the kids won't cooperate so I ended up watching TV to entertain myself from falling asleep...LOL. By around 3 o'clock, dear hubby called to let me know that he's coming home early. Whew...I was happy! That means, I can take a nap. But I was wrong. Dear son and I were in the living room playing while dear hubby and dear daughter in the kitchen doing something when I heard a big boom! So I immediately went to the kitchen and there she was crying. I was screaming upon seeing the big bruise in her forehead. Poor little girl. Anyway, I took some photos. Though she's hurt, she managed to give a smile.

It's pretty bad. Never seen like this before.
