Customers are dismayed over the latest developments between Walgreens and Express Script. The contract between Walgreens and Express Scripts has ended and this has caused inconvenience to patients who have existing health plans under Express Scripts. They are forced to either change pharmacists or drive to a far away pharmacy just to have their prescription filled. This inconvenience has prompted customers to sign a petition demanding access to Walgreens whenever they are in need of quality pharmacy services.
