Photo Hunt - Hot

The theme for this week is HOT and here's my entry:

This Chicken Creole is one of my favorite dish. I just love this because it's so delicious and only takes 20 minutes to cook :) This quick Southern dish contains no added fat and very little added salt in its spicy tomato sauce.
