1. What is your definition of ‘healthy eating’?
* Eating the right amount of food and exercise may help lower your risk for diabetes, heart disease, stroke, cancer and many other health problems.
2. Do you exercise on a regular basis? What is your favorite form of exercise? Least favorite?
* I do. My family do walking at least 30-60 minutes a day. Aside from that, I'm also doing exercise at home. My least favorite is weight lifting lol. I just don't like it.
3. Do you take vitamin supplements?
* Yeah. I still take prenatal vitamin, iron, and Vitamin c.
4. Can you tell that your body is getting older? If so, how?
* No, I don't think so. My body is fine :-)
5. Would you call yourself healthy?
* Yeah. I don't get sick easily and never had a serious illness in my life.
