I am a TV and movie buff and I have always been a fan of reality shows like Big Brother, American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, MasterChef US and other reality shows. I never would want to miss any of the episodes of these shows, and I do, I'd wait for their replays so that I won't miss a thing. Sometimes though, I would wonder if these shows really are a mirror to what is real. I mean, are they really for real? If only I could get to see open casting calls or maybe personally line up at auditions so that I can really tell if these are real.
I would like to think that it is the prize and fame that thousands of people try their luck in free casting calls and auditions. It is really enticing though but just thinking of the thousands of other competitors, your luck may just be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Well, that's probably the reason why I just sit back, relax and enjoy these shows, I wouldn't want to go pressing my body in those auditions, besides I do not have the talent and probably would not pass any casting call or audition.
