In the Philippines, it has been somehow a custom that in the months of February and March, schools will hold their Junior and Senior promenade or what is commonly known as the “JS Prom. Some schools hold their Homecoming or Reunion. Usually in March, graduation ball happens. This is one of the activities where graduating students cannot say NO to. They normally like prepare themselves to be part of that great and exciting celebration where they are able to say goodbye to high school and say hello to the sleepless nights of entering college or the university.
Well, these youngsters don’t want to wear just the typical clothes, I must say. Most young people nowadays believe and think that they must buy their own dress for the prom, or get a tailored dress or tuxedo to look perfect for the dance. I cannot agree with them that much. They can visit wedding shops which cater these kinds of events. I am definite that they can find cheap prom dresses or the girls can even try one of the junior bridesmaid dresses if they look good with it. Again, they don’t have to spend a lot of money just to buy very expensive dress, though there is nothing wrong with it. But to those who are tight of budget, try some other ways which you will still look stunningly beautiful. Labels: Blogging, Clothing |
