I know you probably heard it already but dear hubby and I are in the process of buying our own piece of land in the Philippines. My sister has been telling me about her neighbor who owned a subdivision lot and sold it at a very reasonable price. Honestly, I was quite excited about it but the husband was skeptical as we had not seen the location. So when we visited last month, we decided to visit my sister’s house and I fell in love with the location. The location is not too far from the city. In fact, there are business establishments, malls and wet markets just a short ride away from the location. What I like about it is that the location is not crowded so it is very quite and peaceful. Even dear hubby likes it, considering he is so picky when it comes to stuff like this. For those of you who don't know this yet, dear hubby and I are planning to build a vacation house over there. Finding custom house plans for our vacation house is always on my list of things to do. In fact, I have been looking again through the wide selection of houses plans and house floor plans and designs from House Plans and More of HDA Inc. I like this site because it offers thousands of beautiful and stylish house plans and designs for you to choose from. You can spend hours just browsing through the different designs. Of course you don't need to spend hours, as they have some search tools to help you find your ideal home plans more quickly, but it is fun just browsing through the homes to get ideas.
