Problem With TFC (The Filipino Channel)

I don't know what happened but I'm having problem with TFC (The Filipino Channel). It started last September 14th. Other channels work fine except TFC channel. Gosh, I'm so pissed off. I can't watch my favorite tv shows :( Dear husband said he saw the Comcast guy in the neighborhood. It looks like we're not alone!
