Body Ache
Dear hubby and I went to the YMCA with the kids last Saturday. DH and DD went to the pool while DS and I went to the basketball court. I did my 1 hour exercise. I did great. But yesterday, my entire body was aching! I guess I overdo it...LOL.
I've been taking Tylenol every 8 hours because the pain was intolerable! It's more painful than my incision cut!
