1. Do you take vitamins and if so, what?
* Yes I did. I take 3 supplements every day - Prenatal Vit, Iron and Vitamin C.
2. Do you make an effort to eat healthy, or you eat whatever you feel like eating?
* Yes, as much as possible since I want to stay fit during my pregnancy.
3. What two types of food do you have a hard time staying away from?
* I had a hard time staying away from seafoods, dried fish and sweets.
4. What are two food items you refuse to eat?
* Beef and okra.
5. Are you pleased with your daily diet or do you think it could be better?
* So far! The doctor says I did pretty well on my diet :-)
