If there one thing that my friend has been hoping for, that would be to buy a house for her family. Ever since she can remember, they have transferred from one house to another because they do not have a house of their own. The desire to finally own a house has been her primary motivation in finishing her studies and finding a stable job. I am really proud of her because she now has a stable job that does not only pay well but a job that she really wants and excels in. Her savings has also allowed her to pay the down payment needed for the rent-to-own house that she availed through the government's housing program. Houses that were re-acquired by the government have been made available making it possible for others to own a house at a much lower price. The house that she has purchased through the program hasn't been occupied for several years already. She has bought a Mold detector that will help her determine if the house has been infested with molds. The initial results have not been reliable that she has actually bought additional Mold test kits. She told me that if there are indeed molds in the house, she may have to hire professionals to conduct additional Test for mold to determine the extent of the damage.
