 
If there's one person in the house who like to bake, that person is no other than my dear hubby. He likes to bake. I know most women loves to bake from scratch but not me. I know it's a shame but I'm working on it. Anyway, he made a Lemon Blueberry Muffin tonight for dessert :)
Ingredients:
Muffin mix
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
baking cups
muffin pan
bluberries, drained
Directions:
1. Rinse blueberries in cold water and set aside.
2. Place water, oil, egg and muffin mix in medium boil. Stir until moistened. Gently fold in drained blueberries.
3. Put baking cups into the muffin pan.
4. Spoon batter into baking cups, filling 2/3 full or 2 tablespoons.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
